Dallas Music Network is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit on a mission to spotlight independent musicians. They had the artists, the vision, and the will — but no national platform, no scalable content engine, and no fundraising momentum heading into North Texas Giving Day.

(02) What We Did

We built the full system end-to-end:

  • Developed and produced an original music TV series and secured a national distribution partnership with PBS.
  • Rebuilt the DMN website on a faster, SEO-ready foundation built around the show, the artists, and donor conversion.
  • Launched a full SEO strategy targeting independent-music and Texas-music search demand.
  • Took over social media — content calendar, production, posting, and growth campaigns timed to North Texas Giving Day.
